PMO Analyst (Fintech)

Salary: $76,165 – $95,165 CAD.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Project Managers to support the execution of large-scale client projects.
• Manage the delivery of smaller projects according to internal delivery models and standards.
• Handle financial tracking, monthly reconciliations, and client invoicing processes.
• Assist with resource planning, project status reporting, and operational tracking.
• Facilitate project coordination calls and follow up on action items.
• Provide ad-hoc support for client engagements via the global PMO ticket system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT project role or as a project manager.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with PPM tools like Monday.com, Workday, Power BI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong background in project reporting, resource management, and financial tracking.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work in a hybrid model.
