Senior Upgrades Project Manager (Food & Beverage)

Salary: $103,800 – $148,100 USD + eligible for 10% performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead scope definition, planning, and budget control for system upgrade projects.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, and issue resolution claims.
• Coordinate project teams, defining roles and responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
• Handle stakeholder communication and reporting on project progress and KPIs.
• Develop customer quotations and proposals in collaboration with key account teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of combined Process Engineering and Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically as a Project Manager for Upgrades projects.
• Food & Beverage Industry experience is required.
• Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and basic AutoCAD skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US (no international relocation provided).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or currently in the process of obtaining it.
