What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through labeling, cycle counts, and data entry into warehouse management systems.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Organize warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely material flow.

Requirements

• Must be based in Midland, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management or ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Forklift certification required.
