Salary: $175,214 — $210,265.50 USD

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements including MSAs, order forms, DPAs, and BAAs.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Security teams to facilitate efficient deal execution.
• Provide legal guidance on data protection, privacy, security, IP, and compliance within a SaaS environment.
• Develop and maintain scalable contracting processes to support rapid business growth.
• Advise non-legal stakeholders on contractual risks and business-focused legal solutions.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience negotiating and drafting sales agreements in a SaaS or technology company.
• Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and technology contracting issues.
• Must be admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to advise non-legal stakeholders.
