What you will do

• Negotiate complex global customer, partner, and vendor contracts with minimal escalation.
• Act as a strategic legal advisor to internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Provide guidance on legal issues related to AI tools, data privacy, security, and disaster recovery.
• Create and update legal templates and internal policies to support business initiatives.
• Assist with litigation, dispute resolution, and annual risk management assessments.
• Mentor team members and conduct research on evolving legal issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in the US required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience negotiating complex SaaS, software licensing, or technology transactions.
• Ability to balance complex legal issues with business needs and customer experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using AI productivity tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across business functions.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
