What you will do

• Own the end-to-end deal path, including approving standard order forms and managing complex, non-standard renewals.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape deals and act as the point of contact for outside commercial counsel regarding customer contracts.
• Redesign manual invoicing and order form processes to enable independent execution by Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Configure CPQ and CRM systems to maintain deal guardrails and reduce operational friction.
• Ensure financial data integrity by aligning deal closures with Stripe records and CRM data for clean month-end accounting.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, or billing operations.
• Working fluency in Stripe, including invoicing, subscriptions, and disputes.
• Hands-on experience configuring CPQ tools and CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience with SaaS subscription billing models.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the accounting close cycle.
• Experience training non-finance teammates on billing tools.
