What you will do

• Build the Deal Desk function from scratch, prioritizing AI and automation for intake and approval workflows.
• Advise Sales on deal structures and pricing to protect margins while maintaining high deal velocity.
• Manage contract redlines and non-standard terms, creating a library of fallback language for routine deals.
• Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ, using AI to triage requests and flag necessary changes.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and executed-contract hygiene.
• Coordinate security and compliance requests between Sales, Security, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• In-depth experience developing and operating a deal desk function from the ground up.
• Strong commercial fluency in SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition, and ARR reporting.
• Hands-on experience configuring and operating Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
• Proven ability to negotiate and redline order-form-level terms directly with customers.
• English proficiency required.
• Must have existing right to work in your country of residence (unless relocating to Germany).

• Experience with modern billing platforms like Hyperline or Solvimon.
