What you will do

• Organize project tasks and maintain accurate scheduling documentation.
• Balance workloads across teams and resources to minimize bottlenecks.
• Update schedules based on demand, priorities, and resource availability.
• Facilitate clear communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Identify potential project delays and implement corrective actions.
• Use data analysis to forecast scheduling needs and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or master scheduling.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
