Business Modernization - Project Manager - Planning (ERP)

Salary: $75,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans aligned with the integrated ERP modernization program schedule, milestones, and governance model.
• Lead assigned ERP projects or workstreams through the Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare phases.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, RAID logs, and formal change control.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party partners.
• Prepare project status reports, forecasts, issue updates, and governance materials.
• Support testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live readiness, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of project management experience supporting implementations or major modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing ERP projects or significant ERP workstreams across multiple implementation phases.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and structured delivery methods such as SAP Activate or equivalent.
• Experience managing schedules, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and internal and external delivery teams.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar, plus strong communication and analytical skills.
