Salary: $75,000–$140,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with the integrated modernization program schedule.
  • Lead ERP workstreams through all delivery phases including prepare, explore, realize, deploy, and hypercare.
  • Actively manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to leadership as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party system integrators.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate project status reporting and ensure adherence to program governance.
  • Support testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations or major modernization initiatives.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.
  • Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, scope, and dependencies in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
