Salary: $75,000–$140,000 Annually

What you will do
- Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with the integrated modernization program schedule.
- Lead assigned ERP workstreams through all delivery phases including Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating mitigation recommendations as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party system integrators.
- Prepare and deliver accurate project status reporting and forecasts in accordance with program standards.
- Support testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities to ensure business stakeholder acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience supporting major modernization initiatives.
- Proven experience managing ERP projects or significant ERP workstreams.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and structured delivery methodologies like SAP Activate.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Must be able to work onsite in Buffalo, NY and have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
