What you will do

• Lead assigned ERP modernization projects through all delivery phases from preparation to hypercare.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with integrated program schedules and milestones.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns with clear mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party system integrators.
• Prepare status reports and ensure adherence to program governance and quality standards.
• Support testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations or major modernization initiatives.
• Must be able to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of structured delivery methodologies like SAP Activate.
