What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules covering all phases of data center construction.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, and allocate resources to create accurate project timelines.
• Identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure alignment with owner objectives.
• Track progress against baseline schedules using earned value, milestone, and variance analyses.
• Perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules to mitigate risks and disruptions.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a master schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years for Scheduler or 10+ years for Senior Scheduler, preferably in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, specifically focusing on MEP systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large-scale projects.
