Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 base + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own onboarding, integration support, and ongoing technical health for a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Configure customer integrations including API authentication, webhooks, and sandbox environments.
• Diagnose integration failures by tracing API calls, reading logs, and isolating issues.
• Translate ML model behavior, confidence scores, and detection limitations into plain language for customers.
• Drive technical escalations end-to-end in coordination with Engineering and Product teams.
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and integration guides to enable scalable customer support.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or senior technical support.
• Experience with API-based or ML/AI products.
• Ability to independently stand up and debug API integrations using Postman, curl, and basic scripting (Python).
• Proven track record of managing relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to improve product signal.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Background in trust & safety, security, fraud, or content moderation.
• Experience with computer vision, ML model behavior, or working with data science teams.
• Experience building webhook-based integrations, OAuth/API key flows, or SDK implementations.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
