Location: Hybrid role based in Arlington, VA, or fully remote within the US with approximately 25% travel
Salary: $91,886 - $135,429 OTE

What you will do
- Drive adoption, renewal, and usage of the First Alert product within assigned defense accounts.
- Design scalable programs integrating First Alert into customer workflows aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Maintain and develop relationships through briefings, demos, trainings, and regular check-ins.
- Serve as a product expert to support organizational goals beyond basic platform features.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Use data-driven metrics to anticipate risks and opportunities impacting retention and growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance at minimum.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5-8 years in customer success or military account management.
- Experience supporting public sector, especially US Department of Defense.
- Knowledge of real-time alerting needs for military, law enforcement, or emergency management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
