What you will do

• Define and execute AI product strategy aligned with business priorities and Office of AI objectives.
• Lead end-to-end AI product lifecycle management from discovery through launch and scale.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and legal teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
• Develop product roadmaps balancing innovation, feasibility, and enterprise governance standards.
• Champion responsible AI principles including privacy, security, and intellectual property protection.
• Drive user-centric AI experiences and support organizational change management and AI literacy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including work with AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling AI products in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to write detailed product requirements for AI-powered workflows, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to influence executive and operational stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI governance, privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of AI stacks such as OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and LangChain.
• Experience with LLM performance optimization, token efficiency, and inference cost management.
• Knowledge of AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
