What you will do

• Professionally handle incoming requests, inquiries, and orders from customers and field sales.
• Process orders and changes strictly according to established company procedures.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved thoroughly and promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hirify.global products, software, and internal systems.
• Provide backup assistance to the receptionist as required.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kennewick, WA.
• Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of related education/experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google applications, query tools, and database systems.
• Strong business math skills and the ability to interpret reports and data.
• Ability to work shifts covering department hours from 6:30am to 5:00pm.
