What you will do

• Lead daily machining operations to ensure high-quality manufacturing and on-time delivery.
• Manage manufacturing plans and schedules in coordination with production planning.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including safety, quality, output, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to develop tools and equipment.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste and increase throughput.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in machining or manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shrewsbury, MA.

Nice to have

• Lean manufacturing certification (Six Sigma or Lean).
• Experience in valve or mechanical component manufacturing.
