What you will do

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments.
• Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives such as e-invoicing and touchless processing.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOX compliance, internal financial controls, and tax reporting requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing P2P team through coaching and performance management.
• Analyze P2P metrics and generate reports on spending patterns, cycle times, and accuracy rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Newton, MA office.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in P2P, accounts payable, or procurement operations.
• Minimum 10 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Expert knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and P2P best practices.
• Experience in a public company or highly regulated industry.
