Salary: $190,100 — $326,700 USD (depending on pay zone)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global P2P strategy and scalable operating model across all geographies and business units.
• Drive end-to-end automation from intake to payment to eliminate manual effort and reduce cycle times.
• Champion the deployment of AI and machine learning for intelligent routing, automated approvals, and anomaly detection.
• Establish a real-time spend management framework and enforce strict financial controls including three-way match and fraud prevention.
• Standardize P2P processes globally to eliminate fragmentation and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global P2P team spanning procurement operations and accounts payable.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in procure-to-pay or procurement operations, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and executing P2P transformation and automation programs at global scale.
• Deep functional expertise across procurement operations and accounts payable.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise P2P platforms and ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Zip).
• Strong command of financial controls, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation in finance operations.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, internal audit processes, and risk frameworks.
• Background in high-growth technology or software companies.
• Experience leading shared services or business process outsourcing (BPO) transitions.
• MBA or advanced degree; CPSM, CPM, or AP/finance certifications.
