What you will do

• Process supplier invoices and purchase order transactions accurately and timely.
• Review and validate invoices against purchase orders, receipts, and contracts.
• Resolve invoice, purchase order, and supplier-related issues within the ERP system.
• Utilize SAP to process transactions and route approvals.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records to support audit requirements and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be based in the USA and work in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
• Ability to leverage software such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or a comparable ERP tool.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
