What you will do

• Lead major water and wastewater projects and programs from initial planning through final construction.
• Manage large inter-disciplinary teams of internal staff and subconsultants to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Provide technical leadership and recommendations on client processes, organizational readiness, and alternative project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers across Texas.
• Support business development, including proposal writing, pursuit activities, and client interviews.
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to team growth through recruitment and talent identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas is required.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction.
• Strong knowledge of water conveyance, treatment regulations, and biosolids management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
