TL;DR
Senior Project Engineer (Mechanical Engineering): Leading the planning, design, and execution of turnkey water solution projects with an accent on technical CAD drawings and equipment integration. Location: Remote (Northeast US region) with occasional travel to the Blauvelt, NY office
Salary: $136k – $149k per year

What you will do
- Develop technical CAD drawings, layouts, and piping schematics for turnkey projects.
- Size, specify, and integrate Watts and third-party equipment into complete system solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to translate concepts into functional designs.
- Perform field visits to sketch existing mechanical room conditions and collect data.
- Generate project-specific scopes of work, cost estimates, and proposals for contractors.
- Lead design-related discussions and technical coordination with contractors and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Must be based in the Northeast US region.
- Strong proficiency in CAD platforms (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit).
- Solid knowledge of heating and hot water systems.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to job sites and meetings.
Nice to have
- Advanced technical certifications in mechanical systems or CAD.
- Experience using construction or project management software.
