Salary: $131,000 – $158,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the Fleet Support Operations team to execute business initiatives and deploy systems and infrastructure.
• Provide coaching, leadership development, and performance management to direct reports.
• Forecast team growth and streamline the employee onboarding and training process.
• Define and drive continuous improvement processes to increase fleet uptime.
• Establish and execute against objectives and KPIs while fostering team engagement.
• Oversee team budgets for crew and vehicle supplies and enforce environmental, health, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• 8+ years of transportation industry experience, including fleet/maintenance management.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ people across multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated awareness of environmental, health, and safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships to help teams scale.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SAP ERP, MS Office, Google Suites, Lucid Charts, and Slack.
• Experience in an NPI environment and working with PMO or engineering organizations.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, transportation dispatch, or emergency response industries.
