What you will do

• Partner with senior sales professionals to cover and expand relationships with key LatAm institutional clients.
• Facilitate the pricing, structuring, and execution of FICC products including FX, interest rate derivatives, and bonds.
• Collaborate with structuring and investment banking teams to originate bespoke hedging and financing solutions.
• Generate and distribute timely market color, trade ideas, and macroeconomic updates.
• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including booking, reconciliation, and coordination with risk and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• English and Spanish: Professional verbal and written fluency required.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading floor environment.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
