Salary: $150,000–$175,000

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for institutional clients regarding pricing, execution, and market updates.
• Develop and maintain product expertise in crypto options and structured products.
• Partner with senior sales staff to expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare client materials and support the distribution of derivative investments.
• Build and maintain relationships with junior and mid-level contacts at client institutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing sales, trading support, or coverage role within financial markets.
• Foundational understanding of derivatives and strong interest in the crypto space.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and learn technical product details quickly.
• Must be based in New York for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in crypto markets.
• Exposure to options pricing concepts, trading systems, or risk tools.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as math, physics, economics, or computer science.
