What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end deployments of observability solutions for customers.
• Facilitate discovery, design, and deployment sessions to accelerate platform adoption.
• Advocate and implement best practices to fine-tune customer configurations.
• Automate routine tasks using REST APIs and scripting languages.
• Identify product gaps and escalate insights to internal Product and Development teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing technical lessons with peers and customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, England.
• 3–4 years of experience as an IT professional or software engineer.
• 2+ years in IT operations, including systems administration, network engineering, or DevOps.
• 1+ years of hands-on scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy.
• Proficiency with web technologies including HTTP, JSON, RegEx, and REST APIs.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
• Subject matter expertise in Windows/Linux server, storage, virtualization, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
