What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to articulate the value proposition and strategy to potential and existing customers.
• Own technical engagements and drive complex opportunities to closure through advanced product knowledge.
• Deliver high-impact product presentations, technical demos, and hands-on enablement sessions.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal product/engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Create technical content including documentation, blog posts, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Must be located in the UK
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration and customer-facing presentations.
• Technical mindset with a desire to solve complex challenges and grow expertise.
• Ability to exercise strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership in complex assignments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.
