What you will do

• Design and deliver live 1:many virtual training webinars for HR Solutions across all client and partner segments.
• Develop asynchronous training content including Articulate eLearning courses, instructional videos, support articles, and email campaigns.
• Manage and triage an internal training request queue, prioritizing content delivery by urgency and impact.
• Collect and analyze training engagement data and KPIs to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Technical Support teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer success, or a related role.
• Must be based in the US (100% remote within the US).
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Zoom Webinars and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data literacy and the ability to act on training metrics and engagement data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise) or similar eLearning tools.
• Video creation and editing experience (e.g., Camtasia, Loom).
• Background in HR, HCM, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience using Salesforce for managing case queues and account data.
