Senior Solutions Consultant (CDP/Adtech): Supporting the technical execution, validation, and enablement of pre-sales and post-sales solutions for ecommerce clients with an accent on SDK, API, and partner integrations. Focus on building AI-powered demo environments, troubleshooting complex client technical issues, and developing reusable technical content.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

Salary: $157,000 - $228,000

What you will do

• Support implementation and QA processes for SDK, API, and partner integrations based on technical specifications.
• Work directly with clients to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
• Leverage AI to build and configure bespoke demo and testing environments that replicate customer use cases.
• Develop and maintain technical assets, including SDK snippets, integration flows, and walkthrough decks.
• Write customer scripts and data transformation rules to support project delivery.
• Create internal documentation, SOPs, and enablement playbooks to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Basic familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and modern data workflows.
• Ability to use AI to write basic code and scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset for technical documentation.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office 4 days per week.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
