What you will do

• Act as the primary technical responder for integration requests across HRIS (UKG, Dayforce, BambooHR), ERP/accounting (Sage, Dynamics 365, Xero), and APIs.
• Build and maintain a connector compatibility matrix and detailed implementation one-pagers for high-request systems.
• Train Sales and Account Management teams to qualify technical feasibility and run first-level setups.
• Triage and resolve integration issues to significantly reduce the volume of escalations to Product and hirify.globalering.
• Track request volume and system patterns to provide structured feedback for roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Solutions hirify.globalering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation hirify.globalering within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, Dayforce) and ERP/accounting connectors (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics).
• Proficiency with REST APIs, including the ability to read documentation, write test calls, and diagnose sync failures.
• Strong written communication skills for creating technical guides and product briefs.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or Boomi.
• Background in fintech, travel technology, or SMB-focused SaaS.
• Experience building or maintaining sandbox/demo environments.
• Familiarity with data warehouse integrations like Snowflake, BigQuery, or S3.
