What you will do
- Define long-term capability strategies and align them with strategic business goals.
- Analyze complex business problems to implement process automation and re-engineering.
- Develop detailed business requirements and incorporate end-user feedback into solution designs.
- Drive the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution through collaboration with SMEs.
- Identify system gaps and document connectivity for complex platform products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations within a fast-moving technology-driven or supply chain organization.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) principles.
- Advanced knowledge of GenAI technologies and their application to solve business problems.
- Proficiency with analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights.
- Undergraduate degree in a business, technical, or science discipline.
- Must be based in Mountain View or San Diego, California.
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of top-tier management consulting experience.
- MBA or advanced degree.
