Salary: $202,162 – $237,838 (San Francisco) / CA$168,555 – CA$198,330 (Toronto)

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of 4+ product designers, focusing on their performance and career growth.
• Drive hiring efforts to scale the design practice in partnership with leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to define strategy and ship high-quality solutions.
• Balance management duties with hands-on design work on critical strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product design.
• 3+ years of experience in managing other designers.
• Proven track record of designing impactful B2B workflow tools for complex users.
• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and ship work at speed.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week in San Francisco or Toronto.
