Product Designer (Clinical AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $180K–$220K annually, plus equity

hirify.global builds an enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform using clinical AI to streamline prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance.

What you will do

• Own the full product design process from discovery and problem framing through delivery and shipped product.
• Design complex, multi-user workflows for clinical and operational teams at large health systems.
• Translate dense healthcare processes into clear, intuitive product experiences.
• Work directly with healthcare customers to understand workflows, pain points, and ambiguous product problems.
• Balance speed and product quality while making informed scope and craft tradeoffs.
• Establish design standards and processes, and partner with engineering on implementation quality and handoffs.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex workflows, multi-user systems, and operationally dense enterprise software.
• End-to-end product ownership, including defining what to build and creating products from scratch.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity and drive projects from problem definition to shipment.
• Strong product thinking, collaboration, and communication with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
• Ability to ship quickly while maintaining high design quality.
• Technical fluency and comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Nice to have

• Interest in or familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, EHRs, or clinical systems.
• Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Experience building operational or workflow-driven products.
• Startup or high-growth company experience, especially from seed to Series A.
• Use of AI tools in the design workflow.
