Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: United States; remote work with required work weeks at a TRM hub or designated location typically 1–2 times per quarter, sometimes with 14 days’ notice

Salary: $176,000–$193,000 US base salary annually, plus potential equity eligibility

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for core workflows across public- and private-sector products, from initial concepts through launch.
• Design agentic experiences that show AI reasoning, sources, confidence, and paths for user review, correction, and redirection.
• Make dense transaction, entity, and risk data clear and usable for investigators and compliance analysts.
• Contribute reusable patterns to the design system for designers and AI tools.
• Prototype rapidly with AI and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout discovery and development.
• Maintain the product quality bar through build reviews and hands-on design adjustments.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong data-heavy B2B product design, information architecture, and robust interaction design.
• Experience designing product surfaces where AI or automation performs meaningful work for users, or a clear perspective on agentic design.
• Experience contributing to or scaling a design system.
• Ability to own outcomes, collaborate early with product managers and engineers, and make sound speed-versus-polish decisions.
• Ability to participate in work weeks at a TRM hub or designated location 1–2 times per quarter, with possible additional travel.
• Applied AI fluency is evaluated during the interview process.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for investigators, compliance analysts, financial crime, national security, or similarly complex expert workflows.
