What you will do
- Own product design initiatives for a mature product, focusing on iterations, usability, and interface consistency.
- Translate user needs and requirements into production-ready designs with strong visual and interaction principles.
- Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to resolve edge cases and implement improvements.
- Support user research through interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis.
- Extend and apply existing design system patterns to ensure scalable user experiences.
- Create design assets for product launches, onboarding, and feature announcements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional Product Design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or developer-focused products.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with component-based design systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product experiences and design processes.
- Fluent English (B2+) communication skills.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment and openness to feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD workflows, or observability products.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, design tokens, or code-based prototyping.
- Familiarity with artifact-driven product practices.
