What you will do

• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing design team to execute product vision and strategy.
• Lead large-scale design projects across vision, strategy, and execution.
• Develop lean design standards and processes that balance quality and speed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping and generative exploration to increase shipping velocity.
• Own key UX artifacts including user journeys, personas, and UX measurement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Experience leading and managing a design team of 3–10 people.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude, Cursor).
• Ability to deliver high-quality design output at scale using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams.
