Salary: $204,000 – $280,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of three product and conversation designers, owning their development and craft growth.
• Define the design vision and quality bar for the Unified Service Platform (USP).
• Act as a player-coach by prototyping and designing high-leverage flows and quartet-level artifacts.
• Partner with PM, Engineering, and Data leaders to author strategy and drive product direction in ambiguous spaces.
• Establish standards for AI-native service design, specifically regarding trust, uncertainty, and human-AI handoffs.
• Guide end-to-end service design, including journey mapping and blueprinting for a two-sided product.

Requirements

• 12+ years of design experience, including 5+ years managing designers.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-mediated experiences in production.
• Deep expertise in service design, specifically journey mapping and blueprinting.
• Fluency with AI-native tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) as part of the professional craft.
• Clear ownership of shipped work in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
