What you will do

• Own the commercial renewal process starting 120 days prior to contract expiration.
• Manage CPQ Renewal Opportunities, generate accurate quotes, and maintain forecast precision within ±5% variance.
• Execute the full renewal lifecycle for Digital/Scaled customers (under $50K ARR) using an automation-driven model.
• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives on pricing changes, contractions, and escalations.
• Track and report on critical retention metrics including Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or sales operations.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ systems, and SaaS pricing structures (ARR, multi-year, uplifts).
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) to communicate with global customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite in the Mexico City office.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously.
• Flexibility to support U.S. operations, including working on select Mexico public holidays.
