What you will do

• Conduct intake sessions and analyze data using AI-powered analytics to identify learning gaps.
• Design customized training programs aligned with hirify.global’s sales methodology and product knowledge.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions using interactive AI tools and simulations.
• Implement metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and refine learning solutions based on real-time feedback.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• Integrate AI-driven tools throughout the enablement process to increase efficiency and engagement.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in the technology or automotive sectors.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, specifically the Challenger Sale model.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
• Track record of leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
