What you will do

• Stand up project cadence, tracking, and reporting practices for the Engineering organization from day one.
• Drive Solutions Engineering delivery for strategic enterprise accounts, including custom plans, integrations, and SOW-based engagements with internal and external engineers.
• Facilitate SOW inception by ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in scoping, deliverables, estimation, and milestone definition, and hold projects accountable to commitments.
• Support Platform Engineering initiatives with delivery discipline: milestone tracking, dependency and risk management, and clear stakeholder communication.
• Provide weekly business updates to executive and senior leadership across product and engineering.
• Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting to align expectations, organize asks, and join customer calls when needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project or program delivery experience, including at least 3 years operating at a senior level.
• Proven ability to run multiple complex projects in parallel across cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering customer-impacting technical work in enterprise software environments (ideally professional services, SOW-based, or custom-delivery engagements).
• Strong technical fluency to facilitate architecture/integration trade-offs, manage technical dependencies, and operate confidently in technical rooms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audiences from engineers to executives.
• Must be located in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
