What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach large project teams of 30+ resources to drive successful outcomes.
- Oversee full project lifecycles, including planning, requirements gathering, scoping, and risk management.
- Manage complex project schedules and large budgets ranging from $5M to $10M.
- Facilitate customer-facing meetings, daily stand-ups, and regular stakeholder updates.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor PM I and PM II level resources.
- Coordinate sprint and milestone reviews while implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, CIS, Insurance, or related field).
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, with 5–10 years in technical or insurance projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with 30+ members and budgets of $5M–$10M.
- Certified Agile professional with subject matter expertise in Scrum.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, and ADO.
- Ability to lead multiple-day onsite customer-facing meetings.
Nice to have
- SAFe Certification, Advanced Scrum Master, or ACP certifications.
- Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Prior experience supervising direct reports or other Project Managers.
