What you will do

• Lead budget tracking, forecasting, invoice reviews, and cash flow analysis.
• Develop and standardize cost, schedule, risk, and performance reporting processes.
• Review contractor agreements and change requests to identify scope impacts and risks.
• Coordinate with scheduling, construction, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor project performance against approved budgets, baselines, and milestones.
• Provide guidance to project team members and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, forecasting, change control, and project risk.
• Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management or resource-based project data.
• Experience with data centers, manufacturing, industrial facilities, or complex commissioning projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with project controls digitalization, workflow automation, or integrated reporting.
• Familiarity with Oracle Unifier, EcoSys, Primavera P6, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience establishing or supporting a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Knowledge of project governance, stage gates, and executive reporting.
