What you will do

• Develop and execute the overarching field marketing strategy aligned with regional sales goals.
• Lead and empower a diverse, cross-functional team of field marketers across EMEA.
• Oversee large-scale demand generation programs, including webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to ensure marketing investments drive regional revenue targets.
• Direct the localization of global marketing assets to resonate with specific sub-regions.
• Collaborate with the Channel team to activate co-marketing and MDF programs with key partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B technology field marketing with a proven track record of revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in the diverse EMEA market landscape and regional industry trends.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-currency budgets and optimize strategic investments.
• Strong leadership experience managing global, cross-functional, and remote teams.
• Fluency in modern MarTech stacks including ABM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence within a matrixed organization.
