What you will do

• Lead the global B2B marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage demand generation across digital performance channels including SEO, PPC, and social.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to align on GTM launches and market positioning.
• Mentor and develop a team of 11 marketing professionals.
• Operationalize AI tools to enhance team productivity and marketing performance.
• Oversee regional execution across events, PR, and partner marketing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS with domain expertise in ecommerce or retail tech.
• Senior leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing global marketing teams.
• Proven track record in both performance-driven pipeline generation and product marketing.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or able to self-relocate.
• Ability to commute to the Leiden office at least 2 days per week.
• Hands-on experience driving AI adoption within marketing operations.
