What you will do

  • Lead global account marketing and sales play strategy for priority accounts across new logo, cross-sell, and upsell motions.
  • Shape outbound playbooks in partnership with Sales and BDR leadership to align on segments, personas, and regional priorities.
  • Develop multi-channel programs including ads, email, social, and events to drive pipeline and conversion.
  • Implement AI-driven marketing workflows, automation, and dynamic account prioritization.
  • Lead a team of 7 direct reports while influencing stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Oversee key performance metrics including deal velocity, win rates, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in ABM, field marketing, or demand generation within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of partnering with Sales and BDR teams to build outbound strategies and improve account engagement.
  • Deep expertise in funnel analytics, attribution, and dashboard-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted marketing workflows, automation, and orchestration.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience managing teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US as the role is restricted to US-based candidates.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting IT operations, infrastructure, or cloud buying motions.
  • Proficiency with ABX and sales engagement platforms like 6sense, Mutiny, Qualified, or Outreach.
  • Global experience working across diverse regions and partner motions.
