What you will do
- Execute the full operational playbook for marketing events, trade shows, and field activations end-to-end.
- Manage lead capture and CRM routing to ensure zero pipeline leakage and seamless handoff to Sales.
- Track marketing-sourced pipeline and channel metrics using Power BI and Oracle Analytics.
- Enforce global brand guidelines across all regional marketing outputs and messaging.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to align priorities and execute GTM strategies.
- Develop customer case studies and manage local B2B social media content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in field marketing or marketing execution roles.
- Proven experience managing event logistics and post-event lead processes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
