What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver Control Software and Firmware for ultra high-performance electronic products.
• Own all aspects of design, including Microcode, Drivers, and upper-level control software.
• Lead small multi-faceted design teams and provide technical mentorship.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from inception through volume production and customer trials.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partner engineering teams.
• Address field issues to ensure long-term product sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 12+ years of experience.
• Experience developing embedded system software for complex multi-processor product architectures.
• Deep understanding of system software, including bring-up, diagnostics, and runtime control OS.
• Expertise in debugging tools and system-level testing techniques.
• Proven track record of lifecycle product ownership for complex products.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Small Team Lead or proven technical mentor.
