Salary: $300,000 - $330,000 OTE

What you will do

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of engineering, product, and technology leaders.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing Asana accounts in partnership with AEs and CSMs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Technical Program Management leaders.
• Translate customer pain regarding sprint planning and release forecasting into clear value narratives.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine the Command sales motion and surface customer feedback.
• Develop territory plans and document repeatable sales plays to scale the go-to-market motion.

Requirements

• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience selling to technical buyers (Engineering, Product, DevOps, or Platform).
• Deep understanding of modern software team operations, including backlog and release planning.
• Consistent track record of quota achievement in hunter or hybrid sales roles.
• Experience selling early-stage or incubation products from zero to one.
• Must be based in San Francisco, New York, or Chicago.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder cycles involving IT, Security, Procurement, and Finance.

Nice to have

• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Familiarity with developer ecosystems such as Jira, GitHub, Linear, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
