Salary: £175,000–£200,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering, product, and technology leaders.
• Partner with existing account teams to identify expansion opportunities within current customer accounts.
• Translate complex engineering pain points into clear value narratives for the Command product.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering to refine the sales motion and surface customer feedback.
• Develop territory plans targeting engineering-heavy accounts.
• Document customer learnings and competitive takeaways to scale the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience selling to technical or product-oriented buyers.
• Deep understanding of modern software team operations, including backlog management and release planning.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving Engineering, IT, and Procurement.
• Consistent track record of quota achievement and pipeline generation.
• Experience selling early-stage or category-expanding products.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.

• Familiarity with developer ecosystems such as Jira, GitHub, Linear, and AI coding agents.
