What you will do
- Own and grow a designated territory with full accountability for new ARR.
- Build and progress a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and account planning.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in mid-market and Enterprise segments.
- Conduct high-quality discovery sessions to understand complex customer challenges.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage commercial negotiations.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Track record of closing new business through self-directed activity.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients with complex needs.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage a territory as a business.
- Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in workforce-intensive industries like healthcare, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
