What you will do

  • Own and grow a designated territory with full accountability for new ARR.
  • Build and progress a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and account planning.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in mid-market and Enterprise segments.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery sessions to understand complex customer challenges.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Track record of closing new business through self-directed activity.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients with complex needs.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage a territory as a business.
  • Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in workforce-intensive industries like healthcare, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
